Olivier Richters, better known as The Dutch Giant, is the longest bodybuilder (2.18 M / 7’2″ tall) in the world.

To showcase his insane bodybuilding transformation from 80 KG to 155 KG (at the moment 160+ KG) we produced a TikTok / short form social media video.

While making the video we deliberately thought about the hook of the video, how to increase the watch time end and aimed to get a high engagement rate.
